Why I’m not setting resolutions

Holidays Are Coming...

Wow, in the blink of an eye 2017 is almost over. They say that time flies when you're having fun and 2017 has been my most fun and most fulfilling year so far (which must explain how we've ended up here!) This time of year can be hectic so I want to bring some peace and calm into your inbox today. Thank You - Firstly I would like to say thank you for being part of my community this year. I know that some of you have followed me for a long time and I know that some of you are newer. I want you to know that YOU are the reason I do what I do. I want to INSPIRE >> SUPPORT >> TEACH as many of you as I can and it's my commitment to do more of this throughout 2018. Seasons Greetings - I'd like to wish you a very Merry Christmas. I hope that this holiday season represents a time of calm reflection and that you are able to spend some time with your nearest and dearest. The Year Ahead - I also wanted to tell you why I'm not setting any New Year's Resolutions this year. For 2018 I am trying something new 🙂 This year I will be breaking it down into quarters and focusing my attention on the achievement of specific goals within each quarter. Of course I will still have my annual goals to work towards but in terms of habits or changing behaviours I am focussing my attention on the next 3 months ahead. So ask yourself today, what do you want to achieve in the first 90 days of 2018? EXCITING NEWS - Here is THE news that I've been so excited to share with you.
