Don’t Be Scared to Dream Big

3 Sleeps until Christmas!

So here we are, 3 sleeps until Christmas. It's this time of year when I start to recap on the past 12 months and make plans for the next.

This year has been my best yet, for so many reasons:

Both my photography and my coaching businesses have seen their most successful years so far
We've been on more holidays than ever before
I've been healthy all year (I've not been ill once!)
My family are healthy, happy and content

.....and probably my favourite:

We visited Lapland!

This trip has been a dream of mine since the children were born and this year I committed to myself that I would take them. I set the intention and I made it happen. The feeling of actually being there in Lapland, within my vision, was incredibly powerful and I will continue to visualise my success in 2017.

What do you want to achieve next year? What are you doing to make this happen? What are you willing to change to make this happen? What will your life look life when you've achieved these goals? DON'T BE AFRAID TO DREAM BIG As soon as I gave myself permission to dream big, things really started to change for me.

Before I started my coaching business, it was commonplace for me to neglect the importance of mindset on both myself and my business. I now prioritise time for meditation, journalling, goal setting and the visualisation and affirmation of these goals. Since making these changes to my life I feel so much more aligned with my businesses, my family and most importantly MYSELF. I truly believe that anything is possible and if I set myself a goal I will make it happen.

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a healthy and prosperous 2017. Allow yourself to believe in your visions and your aspirations. and don't forget to DREAM BIG.
